Directed Sponsorship

We would be happy to direct your donation to specific LatinX in AI programs as you prefer.

Annual Sponsorship packages are unrestricted gifts that support all our annual programming and administrative costs.

Logos

Sponsor logo will appear as soon as the donation is received to let earlier sponsors get more exposure time and visibility on the LXAI workshop website. The size of the logos and placement depends on the donation levels.

Research Travel Grants

Sponsorships allow us to provide grants for conference registration and travel support to entry and mid-career investigators for attending the LXAI Research Workshops.

The grants are awarded to researchers and scientists who have limited funds for travel but are the first or contributing authors on one or more abstracts submitted or volunteers and students who assist in the organization of these events. We grant up to $2,500 per person based on the cost of travel, hotel accommodations, and as-needed basis.

Members and Mentorship Platforms

Sponsorships allow us to host our member forum year-round and biannual cohorts of the 3-month mentorship program. Mentors and Mentees are matched based on interests and preferences for a match through our mentor-matching algorithm.

The LatinX in AI Mentoring Program offers the opportunity for mentors and mentees to meet once a month leading up to and including our colocated workshops.

Mentors and mentees are asked to provide feedback about their experience which will be shared during a Mentoring Hour at our official events.

Journal of LatinX in AI Research

The Official Journal of LatinX in AI (LXAI) Research is an open-access scientific journal. Sponsorships allow us to register DOIs and publish research on behalf of our members at no cost to the community!

Open-access copyrighting allows for the exchange of knowledge and information in an equitable format.

This Journal's scope encompasses all areas of Artificial Intelligence including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language, Robotics, Data Science, and more.
